Joy Ngiaw to Score Charles & Daniel Kinnane’s ‘Solo Mio’
Joy Ngiaw (Blush, WondLa, Rescued by Ruby, Glamorous, Barbie Mysteries: The Great Horse Chase) has been hired to score the upcoming romantic comedy Solo Mio. The film is directed by Charles Kinnane & Daniel Kinnane (Home Team) and stars Kevin James, Kim Coates, Alyson Hannigan, Julie Ann Emery, Julee Cerda and Jonathan Roumie. The movie revolves around a man whose dreams of a picturesque Italian wedding are shattered when his fiancée leaves him at the altar and embarks on his planned honeymoon across Italy alone, immersing himself in the country’s vibrant culture, food, and beauty. James also co-wrote the screenplay with Patrick Kinnane & John Kinnane (Sound Guy). He is also producing the project with Mark Fasano (Land of Bad, Haunt) and Jeffrey Greenstein (The Outpost, Till Death). Solo Mio will be released in theaters nationwide on February 6, 2026 by Angel Studios.
Also coming up for Ngiaw is the third season of Skydance Animation’s Apple TV+ series WondLa.
